Cancellation and Refund Policy For Health and Life Coaching

I truly value the time we spend together and appreciate your commitment to your personal growth and well-being. This policy is in place to create fairness and balance, while allowing for flexibility and understanding when life happens. It aligns with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) to ensure transparency and fairness.

Discovery Calls (Virtual or In-Person): 24-hour cancellation required – £20 no-show fee.
Reinvention Programme (12-Week Coaching): 48-hour cancellation required – Reschedule allowed once during the programme.
Kitchen Reset (In-Person/Virtual): 48-hour cancellation required – Travel costs may apply for late cancellations.
Detailed Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Discovery Calls (Virtual or In-Person – 20-30 Minutes, Complimentary)
Discovery calls are a chance for us to connect and explore how I can best support you. While they are complimentary, I ask for mutual respect of the time set aside.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice Required: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours) and no-shows: A £20 fee will autmoatically be charged to the card on file if you cancel late or miss the call.
Card on File:
To simplify the process, I require a card at the time of booking. No charges will be made upfront. The card will only be charged if the cancellation policy outlined above is not met.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Compassionate Clause: If something genuinely urgent comes up, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I will do my best to accommodate by waiving the fee or rescheduling.
2. Reinvention Programme (12-Week Commitment – Paid in Advance or Monthly)
This programme is designed to create consistent, lasting transformation. Sessions are structured as part of the 12-week process, and consistent attendance is important.
Cooling-Off Period (Before the Programme Begins):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of payment. If you cancel within this period and the programme hasn’t started, you’ll receive a full refund.
If the programme starts within the cooling-off period, any refund will deduct the cost of sessions already completed.
By choosing to start immediately, you agree to waive the right to a full refund after the programme has begun.
Cancellation and Reschedulling Policy (Once Programme Begins):
Notice Required: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
Late Cancellations (Less than 48 hours): Missed sessions with less than 48 hours’ notice will be marked as completed.
No-Shows: If you miss a session without notice, it will still count as completed.
Refund Policy:
Before the programme commences or within 14 days of purchase: If you cancel within this period and the programme hasn’t started, you’ll receive a full refund. If the programme starts within this period, any refund will deduct the cost of sessions already completed
Up to 2 Sessions: You may cancel within 14 days (or after no more than 2 sessions) and receive a 50% refund for the remaining portion of the programme.
After 2 Sessions: The programme becomes non-refundable.
Monthly Payment Plan Agreement:
Clients who opt for monthly payments are committing to the full 12-week programme. By choosing this option, you agree to complete all monthly payments, even if you choose to discontinue the programme early.
Cancellation of Payments: Cancelling a direct debit or failing to make monthly payments does not exempt you from completing the total programme cost. Any unpaid balance will remain due.
This structure ensures fairness and reflects the full value of the programme, reinforcing the importance of commitment to personal growth and progress.
By enrolling in the monthly payment plan, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
3. Kitchen Reset (In-Person or Virtual)
The Kitchen Reset is a personalised service that requires preparation, travel, and dedicated time.
Cooling-Off Period:
You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund if the session hasn’t taken place.
If the Kitchen Reset is booked within the 14-day window and you choose to proceed immediately, you waive your right to a full refund once the service is delivered.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice Required: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late Cancellations (24-48 hours' notice): A 50% refund will be issued.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: The full fee will be charged.
Travel Costs (In-Person Appointments):
For in-person services, clients are responsible for any travel costs incurred. If travel tickets have been purchased and are non-refundable, these costs will be billed to the client in the event of cancellation within 48 hours.
Exceptional Circumstances (Applies to All Services):
I completely understand that unexpected situations arise. If something genuinely urgent or significant happens, please get in touch, and I will do my best to:
Reschedule sessions without penalty.
Consider partial refunds at my discretion.
