Let's Talk About Money
Let's Talk About Money
Money is a tool—a means to create opportunities, improve our quality of life, and invest in what truly matters. Yet, when it comes to spending money on ourselves, it’s easy to hesitate. That’s why I want to take a moment to talk openly about the cost of these programmes and touch on why they are priced the way they are.
-
We often think of money in terms of what we get for it—holidays, cars, or possessions. But what is the value of those things compared to how you feel every day? A holiday becomes a memory, a car depreciates, and possessions lose their novelty.
Now ask yourself: what could be more valuable than improving your mindset, your health, and your quality of life? What is the point of money if not to enhance the way you experience the world? This is where true, lasting value lies—not in what you have, but in how you feel and how you live.
-
Spending money on yourself might feel indulgent or even selfish. But consider this: investing in yourself is one of the most selfless things you can do. When you commit to your own growth, you:
Show up as a better parent, partner, colleague, and friend.
Fulfil your potential and inspire others to do the same.
Become a leader and an example of what’s possible for those around you.
This isn’t just about what you gain personally—it’s about the ripple effect your transformation creates in every area of your life and in the lives of those around you.
-
We’re conditioned to see investments in terms of measurable returns, like financial gains. But some of the most meaningful investments can’t be calculated on a spreadsheet. What’s the value of waking up with purpose? Of improved health, stronger relationships, and a clearer mind?
My services are an investment in something far more important than material wealth—they’re an investment in the person you want to become.
-
While it’s easy to hesitate when spending money, it’s important to also consider the cost of not investing in yourself:
Poor health, unmanaged stress, and lack of direction can compound over time, leading to chronic issues and missed opportunities.
Staying stuck in a cycle of overwhelm or frustration can waste years that you can never get back.
The longer you wait to make changes, the harder it becomes to create the life you want.
Money can be saved for later, but time cannot. Every moment you spend waiting is a moment you’ll never get back.
-
At the heart of everything I do is the desire to create meaningful, lasting impact. I believe that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, deserves access to the tools and knowledge needed to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. But I also recognise that the programmes I offer now come with a higher price point, and I want to be transparent about why that is and where I see this journey going.
Right now, I’m in the early stages of building my business and honing the programmes that deliver the greatest value. This phase allows me to work intensively with a smaller number of clients, offering highly personalised guidance and support. It also gives me the time and resources to refine what I do so that, in the future, I can expand my impact to reach those who may not be able to afford this level of one-to-one coaching.
This isn’t about chasing financial success—it’s about building a foundation that allows me to do more. Money is a tool, and I want to use it to create something bigger than myself: resources, community initiatives, and programmes that are accessible to underprivileged and low-income communities.
-
The work I do now is essential for creating the kind of change I envision. By focusing on high-impact, premium programmes, I am:
Accumulating resources: The financial stability I build now will allow me to reinvest into creating initiatives that serve a wider audience in the future.
Building expertise: Working closely with a select group of clients helps me refine my methods, ensuring they’re effective and adaptable to diverse needs.
Establishing connections: Collaborating with individuals and organisations will enable me to create partnerships that can amplify the reach and accessibility of my work.
This is a journey, and while I don’t yet have a clear roadmap for how this vision will take shape, I know it’s where my heart is.
-
If you’ve ever felt hesitant to spend money on yourself, consider this: what does it say about how you value yourself and your future? Investing in your health, mindset, and fulfilment is not a cost—it’s a choice to prioritise what truly matters.
The question isn’t whether the programme is worth the money—it’s whether you believe your future self is worth the investment. If you’re ready to commit to yourself, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
