If you’re curious about coaching – even if you have no idea what to ask or where to start – book a free discovery call. You don’t need to be ready for coaching or have everything figured out. Just bring your curiosity, and I’ll guide the conversation. If you’d like to know more about how the process works, keep reading below.

A discovery call is a relaxed, 20–30 minute conversation where we get to know each other and see if the programme is the right fit for you.
Here’s what to expect:
We’ll Talk About You – I’ll ask about what’s going on in your life, what’s challenging you, and what you’d like to change or improve.
I’ll Explain How I Can Help – I’ll share how the programme works, what you can expect from it, and how I think it could support you.
You Can Ask Anything – Whether it’s about the structure of the programme, pricing, or how it fits into your life, feel free to ask any questions.
No Pressure to Decide – If it feels like the right next step, we can talk about moving forward. If you need time to think, that’s absolutely fine.
It’s just a conversation – not a commitment. By the end of the call, you’ll have a better sense of whether this feels right for you.
-
Following our call, I’ll send you a short follow-up email summarising what we discussed and the next steps, if you feel ready.
There’s no rush to decide. I know that meaningful change takes time and reflection. If you need space to think, I’ll check in after a few days to see how you're feeling and answer any lingering questions.
My goal is to support you, whether that means starting the programme or simply offering clarity to help you along your path.
No pressure, no hard sell – just genuine support and guidance.

I believe that meaningful change starts with connection and clarity. A discovery call gives us a chance to see if working together feels right – without pressure or expectations. It’s an opportunity for you to share your thoughts, even if they feel messy or unclear, and for me to help guide the conversation.
Sometimes, just talking things through can spark new insights, even if now isn’t the right time to dive into coaching. Knowing the option is there might help you feel ready down the line – or simply offer a sense of direction when you need it most. And if someone in your life ever seems like they could benefit, feel free to pass it along. I’m always here to offer guidance.
